Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Tse Group ("Tse Group," "we," or "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit tsegroup.com (the "Site") or contact us through it. Tse Group is a real estate team led by Andy Tse (California DRE #01345580) and operates in affiliation with Intero Real Estate Services (California DRE #01354442). Our address is 12988 Saratoga Sunnyvale Rd, Saratoga, CA 95070.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact forms: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message you write.
- Emails, calls, and text messages you send us, and the information they contain.
- Property search accounts: if you register, save searches, or save favorites in our property search tools (provided by IDX Broker), the information you enter there, such as your name, email address, phone number, and search preferences.
Information collected automatically: when you visit the Site, our hosting and security providers receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you request, and the date and time. Our property search tools, which are provided by IDX Broker, may also collect information about how you use them, including the searches you run and the listings you view. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics tools on our own pages.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers or financial account numbers, through the Site. Please do not send that information through our contact forms or by regular email.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your questions and requests and to provide real estate services.
- To send listings, market updates, or information about our services when you ask for them. You can opt out at any time.
- To operate, secure, and maintain the Site, including preventing spam and abuse.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to enforce our Terms and Conditions.
- To improve the Site and our services.
3. How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers that host the Site, process form submissions, protect our forms from spam, or deliver email. These currently include Webflow (website hosting and form handling) and Cloudflare (Turnstile spam protection).
- IDX Broker and multiple listing service (MLS) data providers, which supply our property search tools and may receive information you enter in them.
- Intero Real Estate Services and its affiliates, as needed for brokerage supervision, compliance, and record-keeping.
- Other parties to a transaction, such as lenders, escrow and title companies, inspectors, and other agents, when you ask us to or when it is needed to carry out services you requested.
- Government authorities and others when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- A successor, if our business is merged, sold, or reorganized.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Our Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Some embedded tools, such as the property search tools, may use cookies or similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details and your choices.
5. Third-party services and links
The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Our property search tools rely on IDX Broker and its providers, including mapping and performance services from Microsoft. Links on the Site may take you to other websites, such as social media and listing sites. These third parties handle information under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy and as required by law. For example, California requires real estate brokers to keep transaction records for at least three years. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may give you the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell or share, and request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
- Not be treated differently for exercising these rights.
In the past 12 months we may have collected identifiers (name, email address, phone number, IP address), internet or network activity (through our hosting and property search tools), and the content of messages you sent us. We collected this information directly from you and automatically through the Site, and we disclosed it only to the categories of recipients listed in Section 3 for business purposes.

We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide with information we already hold, and we will respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of their authority.
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may request information about the disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.
9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track you across other websites and we do not sell or share your personal information, so the Site does not change how it works in response to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.
10. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Email and text messages
If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe using the link in the message. If you receive text messages from us, you can reply STOP at any time. We may still send messages directly related to a request you made.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
